Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 6, 2026

KaminoAI LLC ("Clockwork," "we," "us," or "our") provides a business-to-business ordering platform for restaurants and their vendors and suppliers. This policy applies to customer account users, restaurant employees, vendor employees, and other people whose information Clockwork processes.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: Name, email address, profile image, Google account identifier, authentication and session data, business name, and role information. Clockwork does not receive your Google password.
  • Business contact data: Business and contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, websites or ordering portals, and ordering instructions supplied by customers or participants.
  • Consent records: The mobile number a participant submits; participant role; restaurant context; disclosure version; consent time and source; and later opt-out, help, or re-consent activity. Each participant must submit their own consent.
  • Order and group-message data: Order sheets, items, quantities, status, delivery details, confirmations, substitutions, messages, attachments, and related coordination content.
  • Usage and technical data: Log, device, browser, IP address, timestamp, security, delivery, and interaction data.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Clockwork;
  • Create and manage restaurant orders and related records;
  • Record and verify messaging consent and honor STOP, HELP, and other participant requests;
  • When approved and enabled, create transactional Group MMS conversations, post order sheets, and support order coordination;
  • Communicate about accounts, transactions, security, and support;
  • Detect fraud or abuse and comply with legal obligations.

3. Clockwork Group MMS program

KaminoAI LLC, operating Clockwork, is the messaging program operator and sender. A restaurant is identified as the business and order context, not as the program sender. If the program is approved and enabled, Clockwork intends to use Twilio to create a native group containing the Clockwork bot number, an opted-in restaurant employee, and an opted-in vendor employee, then post an order sheet so the human participants can coordinate the order in their normal messaging apps.

Direct opt-in before messaging: An authorized restaurant representative emails a participant-specific link to the Clockwork website form. Each restaurant employee and vendor employee must enter their own number and actively select an unchecked consent box before any Group MMS is sent or a group is created. No other person may submit consent for them. Clockwork does not send a pre-consent invitation text or use an initial text to ask for consent.

Group visibility: The consent form explains that the participant's mobile number, messages, and shared order content will be visible to everyone in the group, including the restaurant employee, vendor employee, and Clockwork bot. By opting in, a participant authorizes this functional disclosure for transactional order coordination.

Program gate: Submitting the form records consent only. It does not send a message or create a group. Group MMS remains disabled until Twilio approves the program and Clockwork implements and enables a separate consent-aware send gate.

Frequency and rates: Message frequency varies with order activity and may include multiple messages during an active order or no messages when there is no activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Messaging consent versus business participation: Consent is required to receive Clockwork Group MMS order-coordination messages and to be added to a Clockwork messaging group. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services, use Clockwork, or maintain a business relationship. Anyone who does not consent or later opts out must coordinate orders through another agreed channel, such as email or phone.

Choices: Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The program is transactional and does not send marketing or promotional content.

4. How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed for the following purposes:

  • Order participants: In a Clockwork Group MMS, the mobile numbers, messages, and order content contributed to the group are visible to the restaurant employee, vendor employee, and Clockwork bot so they can coordinate the order.
  • Service providers: Vendors that provide hosting, infrastructure, security, and, when approved messaging is enabled, delivery services such as Twilio. They may use information only to provide contracted services.
  • Customer and vendor operations: Business contact and order data shared between the relevant restaurant and vendor as necessary to manage their relationship and orders.
  • Legal and safety: Disclosures required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers: Information transferred in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

No marketing transfer: Mobile phone numbers and MMS opt-in or consent data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This does not prohibit the group-participant visibility and service-provider processing expressly described above.

5. Retention and security

We retain information as needed to provide Clockwork, maintain order and consent records, honor opt-outs, comply with law, resolve disputes, and secure the Service. When no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and role, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limits. Reply STOP to opt out of Clockwork messaging. Contact dillon.shirley4@gmail.com for privacy or HELP requests.

7. Children's privacy

Clockwork is a business-to-business service for adults acting in a professional capacity. It is not directed to people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means and may require a new consent disclosure.
