WatchClockwork

The Clockwork Group MMS Order Coordination Program

Effective Date: August 6, 2026

Who operates and sends the program?

KaminoAI LLC, operating Clockwork, is the messaging program operator and sender.Restaurants use Watch, the Clockwork web interface, to place orders. The restaurant is the business and order context; it is not presented as the messaging program sender. This is KaminoAI LLC's direct Clockwork messaging offering. Twilio is the messaging service provider Clockwork intends to use after the program is approved and enabled.

Who participates, and why?

This is a business-to-business, transactional Group MMS program for coordinating restaurant purchase orders. A group is intended to include a Clockwork bot number, an opted-in restaurant employee, and an opted-in employee of the relevant vendor or supplier. Both human participants must separately opt in before Clockwork adds their mobile number to a group.

After an opted-in restaurant employee places an order in Watch, Clockwork intends to create the native group and post the order sheet. The restaurant and vendor employees can then discuss confirmation, availability, substitutions, delivery, and fulfillment in their normal phone messaging apps. The program does not send marketing, promotions, or advertising.

How is consent collected?

  1. An authorized restaurant representative emails a participant-specific link to the public Clockwork website form. Clockwork does not send a pre-consent invitation text or use an initial text to ask for consent.
  2. The participant opens the public form without logging in. It identifies KaminoAI LLC operating Clockwork as sender, identifies the restaurant context, and states whether the invitation is for a restaurant employee or vendor employee.
  3. The participant enters their own mobile number and actively selects an unchecked consent box. No restaurant, vendor, or Clockwork representative may submit consent for that person.
  4. The form discloses the Group MMS participants; that the participant's phone number, messages, and shared order content will be visible to everyone in the group; the transactional purpose; variable order-driven frequency; possible message and data rates; STOP and HELP instructions; and that consent is required for Clockwork messaging but not required to purchase goods or services, use Clockwork, or maintain a business relationship.
  5. Clockwork records an auditable consent receipt before any group is created or any message is sent. The consent is scoped to the disclosed participant role and restaurant order context.

Group MMS sending remains disabled until Twilio approves the program and Clockwork implements and enables a separate consent-aware send gate. Submitting the form records consent only; it does not send a text or create a group. See the public opt-in entry page.

Consent is required for messaging, not for the underlying business relationship. Consent is required to receive Clockwork Group MMS order-coordination messages and to be added to a Clockwork messaging group. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services, use Clockwork, or maintain a business relationship. Anyone who does not consent or later opts out must coordinate orders through another agreed channel, such as email or phone.
