Program description and sender
KaminoAI LLC, operating Clockwork, is the sender and operator of a transactional one-to-one SMS and MMS program for restaurant orders and vendor operations. When approved and enabled, Clockwork may send an automated vendor-specific order and authorized restaurant employees may send manual operational follow-up from Watch. The vendor contact receives the messages in their normal messaging app.
The restaurant named in the consent form and messages is the business and order context, not the messaging program sender. Twilio is the intended messaging service provider. No SMS or MMS is sent until required approval and a separate Clockwork consent-aware send gate are in place and enabled.
Messages are strictly transactional and may include order requests, acknowledgments, confirmations, clarification or substitution requests, delivery updates, delay notices, fulfillment status, and related manual operational follow-up. This program does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.
Consent and opt-in
An authorized restaurant representative emails a vendor-specific link to the public Clockwork website form. Clockwork does not send an invitation or "reply YES" text to a person who has not already opted in.
The vendor contact must enter their own mobile number and actively select an unchecked consent box before Clockwork may send to that number. The form identifies KaminoAI LLC operating Clockwork as sender, the restaurant context, and the vendor. It also discloses automated orders, manual operational follow-up, visibility to authorized restaurant employees, variable frequency, possible message and data rates, STOP and HELP instructions, that consent is required for Clockwork messaging but not required to purchase goods or services, use Clockwork, or maintain a business relationship, and links to these MMS Terms and the Privacy Policy. No other person may select or submit consent on the vendor contact's behalf.
By opting in, the vendor contact agrees that messages and order information in the vendor conversation are visible to authorized employees of the named restaurant in Watch. Restaurant employees are authenticated Watch users, not SMS or MMS participants. Clockwork records the disclosure version, vendor and restaurant context, submitted mobile number, time, and consent source in an auditable consent receipt before any message is sent.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with order activity. Participants may receive multiple messages during an active order or no messages when there is no order activity. Message and data rates may apply; contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-out instructions
Vendor contacts may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Clockwork message. Clockwork will suppress both automated orders and manual employee follow-up for that vendor contact. A final confirmation may be sent. Clockwork will not send further order or operational messages unless the vendor contact later provides new prior express consent through an approved opt-in method.
Opting out does not cancel an order or business relationship. Participants should use another agreed channel to continue order coordination.

Consent is required to receive Clockwork vendor order and operational SMS or MMS. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services, use Clockwork, or maintain a business relationship. Anyone who does not consent or later opts out must coordinate orders through another agreed channel, such as email or phone.
Supported carriers
The program is intended for supported U.S. and Canadian mobile numbers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage and delivery depend on carrier, device, network conditions, and location.

Changes to these terms
We may update these MMS Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when required, a new consent disclosure.
