Program description and sender
KaminoAI LLC, operating Clockwork, is the sender and operatorof a transactional Group MMS order coordination program. Restaurants use Clockwork to place purchase orders with vendors and suppliers. When the program is approved and enabled, Clockwork may create a native group containing the Clockwork bot number, an opted-in restaurant employee, and an opted-in vendor employee, then post the restaurant's order sheet. The human participants may continue coordinating the order in their normal messaging apps.
The restaurant named in the consent form and messages is the business and order context, not the messaging program sender. Twilio is the intended messaging service provider. No Group MMS is sent until Twilio approval and a separate Clockwork send gate are in place and enabled.
Messages are strictly transactional and may include new order sheets, acknowledgments, confirmations, clarification or substitution requests, delivery updates, delay notices, and fulfillment status. This program does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.
Consent and opt-in
An authorized restaurant representative emails a participant-specific link to the public Clockwork website form. Clockwork does not send an invitation or "reply YES" text to a person who has not already opted in.
Each restaurant employee and vendor employee must enter their own mobile number and actively select an unchecked consent box before Clockwork may add that number to a group. The form identifies KaminoAI LLC operating Clockwork as sender, the restaurant context, and the invited participant role. It also discloses the transactional purpose, variable frequency, possible message and data rates, STOP and HELP instructions, that consent is required for Clockwork messaging but not required to purchase goods or services, use Clockwork, or maintain a business relationship, and links to these MMS Terms and the Privacy Policy. No other person may select or submit consent on the participant's behalf.
By opting in, the participant agrees that their mobile number, messages, and any order information they share in a Clockwork Group MMS will be visible to all other participants in that group, including the restaurant employee, vendor employee, and Clockwork bot. Clockwork records the disclosure version, participant role, restaurant context, submitted mobile number, time, and consent source in an auditable consent receipt before any group is created or any message is sent.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with order activity. Participants may receive multiple messages during an active order or no messages when there is no order activity. Message and data rates may apply; contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-out instructions
Participants may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Clockwork message. Clockwork will treat STOP as a request to remove and suppress that participant from further Clockwork messaging. A final confirmation may be sent. Clockwork will not add the participant to a new group or send further order messages unless the participant later provides new prior express consent through an approved opt-in method.
Opting out does not cancel an order or business relationship. Participants should use another agreed channel to continue order coordination.

Consent is required for messaging, not for purchases or business participation
Consent is required to receive Clockwork Group MMS order-coordination messages and to be added to a Clockwork messaging group. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services, use Clockwork, or maintain a business relationship. Anyone who does not consent or later opts out must coordinate orders through another agreed channel, such as email or phone.
Supported carriers
The program is intended for supported U.S. and Canadian mobile numbers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage and delivery depend on carrier, device, network conditions, and location.

Changes to these terms
We may update these MMS Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when required, a new consent disclosure.
